The beaches of Zahara de los Atunes is 8 kms long. It is one of the biggest tourist attractions in this part of Cadiz province. It’s spectacular. The water is crystal clear and the sand is fine and golden. It was awarded the white flag by the European Union.

More and more houses and hotels are built near the beach every year, as the number of tourists and xpats grows steadily. It’s well recognised as a good investment area, with its proximity to the beach, countryside and mountains - everything you need.

The beach front is lined with many bars and restaurants serving all kinds of food, but specialising in traditional Spanish cuisine. The fish is superb. People come from all over Spain and Europe to sample seafood from this part of the Atlantic. Visitors come here for the seafood, sunsets, countryside and of course…the warm and friendly atmosphere.
